Children's Place finance chief to quit

Feb 11 - Children's Place Retail Stores Inc said Susan Riley, executive vice president, finance and administration, is leaving the company, and that it is searching for a chief financial officer.

The Children's Place

The company said John Taylor, vice president, finance, will take over as interim principal financial officer.

The kids' apparel retailer's last chief financial officer, Richard Paradise, had resigned in August 2008 and Riley had assumed his responsibilities.

Shares of the Secaucus, New Jersey-based company closed at $43.67 on Thursday on Nasdaq.
