Clare Waight Keller |
Following the arrival of Laure de Sade as head of style for See by Chloé, it was now Chloé’s turn to make some changes to its own team. Its new creative director, who just left her position at Pringle of Scotland in May after 5 years, brings plenty of experience in the industry. Keller has worked for Gucci, womenswear at Tom Ford, Ralph Lauren, Purple and also for Calvin Klein. Geoffroy de La Bourdonnave, Chloé’s CEO for almost a year, praises “"Clare's unique talent and skilled eye” and her “deep experience across global fashion players”.
After graduating from the Ravensbourne College of Art, she received her Masters of Arts in Fashion Knitwear from the Royal College of Art. In regards to Hannah MacGibbon, she will be “pursuing new projects” after ending her 10-year career at Chloé. Prior to joining the fashion house in 2008, MacGibbon worked side by side with Phoebe Philo, currently Céline’s creative director.
