Marc Jacobs goes topless for Diet Coke
After Jean Paul Gaultier in 2012, designer Marc Jacobs has been chosen for the latestvDiet Coke campaign. The aluminum coke bottles designed by the Louis Vuitton creative director himself will hit the shelves in Europe on 25 February, marking the brand’s 30 year anniversary in Europe.
'I feel very privileged to be the new Creative Director of Diet Coke and put my stamp on the 30th Anniversary campaign. Diet Coke is an icon… and I love an icon,' said Marc Jacobs, who will be working with the brand until the end of 2013. The campaign teaser features a shirtless Marc Jacobs paying tribute to the legendary Diet Coke ‘Hunk’ ads from the 1990s.
