Wolverine chooses a new president for its outdoor division

Wolverine World Wide has named James D. Zwiers as the head of its outdoor division, which is comprised of the brands Merrell, Chaco and Patagonia Footwear.

Formerly senior vice-president of Wolverine in charge of retail and development, Zwiers joined the American group in 1998. One of the pressing aims of the company is to expand the Merrell shoes network, a key brand of the outdoor division, and for Blake Krueger – president-director general of Wolverin – James D. Zwiers is just the man for the job.
